Five ways to start

  2. Resolve the two communities I name, then compare their safety, accessibility and climate evidence. Keep source dates and geographic levels visible. Do not choose an overall winner.
  3. Analyze the property I select. Separate property facts from surrounding community scores and explain whether the value is assessed or modelled.
  4. Show the evidence behind the transit score for my selected community. Does it measure proximity, frequency or travel time? Tell me what I still need to verify.

Evidence and limits

Coverage includes Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto. Coverage varies by source and place. Results identify missing evidence, source dates, units and geographic level. Community measurements do not describe an individual home.

Public community overviews are free. Property investigations, comparisons and detailed evidence require an account and the applicable PickYourPlace access. A property investigation uses the same place allowance as the web. Its included comparison and evidence do not consume another place. Your AI provider's own limits still apply.

Property values are assessments or modelled estimates, not sale prices or appraisals. Scores support comparison within their stated geography. They do not guarantee safety, school quality or investment returns.

Read our methodology

If something goes wrong

An expired handoff can be recreated from the same decision while it is retained. If you signed into another account, switch back to the account that created it. A wrong client cannot retrieve the handoff. If a provider cannot use the tools, continue in Ask.
