1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile avatar. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we only receive the basic profile information (name, email, avatar) permitted by your OAuth provider. We do not receive or store your OAuth password.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe retains payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
Reports & Conversation Data
We store the property and community reports you generate, your conversation history, and any profile preferences you provide (such as household composition or search priorities). This data is used to deliver personalized analysis and maintain your report history.
AI Processing
When you use our AI advisor, your messages and the AI's responses are sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Usage Data
We track usage counts (messages sent, reports generated) to enforce subscription limits. For website analytics, we use Simple Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that does not collect personal data or track individual visitors. We do not use invasive behavioral tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar services.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect advertising identifiers or serve targeted ads.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or other device data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Generate personalized property and community reports.
- Process subscription payments and manage billing.
- Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates.

Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Reports: Retained according to your plan's history limits (30 days for Starter, unlimited for other plans). Deleted reports are permanently removed.
- Conversation history: Retained while your account is active. Individual conversations can be deleted from your account.
- Payment records: Retained as required for billing, tax, and legal compliance.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your report data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
