You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Reports are hard-blocked at your monthly cap, but Ask will show an upgrade prompt so you can keep going without losing context.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

What's the difference between Snapshot, In-Depth, and Complete reports?

Snapshot gives a quick overview of a property and its neighborhood with key scores. In-Depth adds AI-powered analysis, year-over-year comparisons, and nearby context. Complete adds personalized recommendations based on your profile and an investment outlook.

What are trial neighborhoods?

During the free trial, reports and Ask are limited to select showcase neighborhoods: Sunnyside, Tuscany, and Beltline in Calgary; Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, and Metrotown in Vancouver; Strathcona, Oliver, and Garneau in Edmonton. The full Explore map is accessible to all users.

Do I need an annual plan?

No — monthly plans offer full flexibility with no long-term commitment. Annual plans give you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12) if you know you'll be searching for a while.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Which cities do you cover?

We currently cover Calgary (290+ neighborhoods, 560k+ properties), Vancouver (20+ neighborhoods, 215k+ properties), and Edmonton (400+ neighborhoods, 215k+ properties) with full data across all four lenses. More Canadian cities are on the way.

What are community reports?

Community reports analyze an entire neighborhood using population-weighted aggregate data, boundary overlays, and city-level comparisons — instead of focusing on a single property. They're available on all paid plans at the same depth tiers as property reports.
