Community reports use neighbourhood-wide evidence and boundary maps alongside address reports.
We added community reports so you can investigate a whole neighbourhood before narrowing your search to an address. The analysis uses community-level evidence and boundary maps rather than treating one point as representative of the entire area.
Choose a community in Analyze, then use compatible community reports in Compare. Neighbourhood averages can hide variation between streets and blocks, so inspect a specific property when it enters your shortlist.
